The shared connection between architecture and ceramics has always intrigued me. They bind together the shared connection with human use, human life and art. Studying in Europe for the first time for a class, it impressed me to see the exceptional architecture there and in other countries. Realizing how architecture changed through the ages by traditions, regions, dates and times. This mesmerizing experience drew me to the idea of making large vessels to complement the architecture. My greatest passion is to have my vessels located as landmarks in specific architectural sites. The vessels will be components that interact within the space of the building.
