Michael Corney is a studio artist and former teacher at the University of New Mexico. He received his BFA from California State University, Fullerton and his MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. His work is influenced by California Funk forms and imagery that include skulls and faces, images from nature, and game pieces including dice and dominoes.
