About This Work

Through his artistry, Günther Uecker creates numerous visual art pieces that have expressive energy and movement in each contemporary piece. This limited edition print is a woodcut that has that signature sense of movement and energy. This is especially evident in the abstract shapes created by the negative space where the white paper is devoid of black paint. Created in 1997, this lithograph is signed by hand, dated, and inscribed. It measures 24.4”x19.9”.
