Martin Noel (born November 6, 1956 in Berlin , Germany ) was a German painter, draftsman and graphic artist .

He received numerous prizes, including the Max Ernst Award, 1991 the Young West Prize, and the Kunstpreis of the City of Bonn in 1993, as well as fellowships, for example 1990/91 from the German Study Center in Venice, 1998 by the Kunststiftung NRW and the Letterstiftung And in 2003 by the Stiftung Kunstfonds. Martin Noël was a member of the Deutscher Künstlerbund.

His works are represented in many public collections, such as in the Federal Art Collection, the Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz, the Museum Morsbroich and the Museum Pfalzgalerie Kaiserslautern.
